The principals of WCS have over 100 years of combined experience in the seed industry in many different areas from production, wholesale marketing, retail marketing, variety representation, distribution and export.

Robert and Sidney Stevenson operate a pedigreed seed farm producing a wide range of seed crops.  In addition to being select seed growers they operate an authorized seed processing facility and have been actively involved with many seed industry groups.

Rod and Darren Whetter produce pedigreed cereal, pulse and oilseed crops.  They are members of the CSGA with select grower status.  Along with production knowledge, Rod has well rounded experience in seed retail/wholesale and seed business management.

Al Martin comes from a farm background and began his ag career in the seed industry including roles in retail, wholesale and production.  Experience outside the seed business also includes procurement and management roles in the malting industry.
